Chelmsford Board of Assessors approves nearly $683,000 in tax abatements and commitments. The Board voted 2-0 to approve vehicle excise tax abatements totaling $37,546.72 across four fiscal years (April 2020 through April 2026) and real estate and personal property tax commitments for FY 2025 and FY 2026 totaling $645,672.35. Chair Samuel P.

Chase and Member Michael R. Donoghue both voted in favor. Member Gabe Francisco was absent.
