Board of Assessors · Meeting of February 25, 2026

CHELMSFORD — Board of Assessors tables appraisal proposal for LandVest property. The Chelmsford Board of Assessors discussed a professional appraisal recommended by Town Counsel for 255 Princeton Street, owned by LandVest, Inc., but deferred the decision pending additional data from Chief Assessor Regan LeMay on assessments during various construction stages. In routine business, the board approved 20 prior abatement denials and 22 prior abatement approvals.

Members voted unanimously to enter executive session to discuss confidential abatement, hardship exemption, and pending litigation matters.
