CHELMSFORD — The Chelmsford Board of Health unanimously amended its fee schedule to consolidate brewery regulation. Chair David Paquette, Vice Chair Dr. Eric Meikle, and Clerk Richard Day voted to remove breweries as a separate category, placing them instead under the Food Establishment Fee for operations that serve food.

The three-member board also accepted incoming and outgoing correspondence spanning landfill notifications, wastewater monitoring reports from 255 Princeton Street, state legislative updates on Mass Ready Bill S-3064, and housing violation orders. Public Health Director Donna Greenwood reported on Title 5 septic inspections and property owner notifications; the Department of Environmental Protection has assumed oversight of the 10 Hildreth Street site and released the owner from liability.
