BOARD OF HEALTH APPROVES COMMUNITY TEAMWORK ROOM EXTENSION

Chelmsford Board of Health unanimously approves Community Teamwork room extension request. The board meeting on April 13 included Chair David Paquette, Vice Chair Dr. Eric Meikle, and Clerk Richard Day, with Public Health Director Donna Greenwood and Department Assistant Nancy Danahy present.
The board reviewed correspondence addressing PFAS levels in Chelmsford Water District water samples exceeding drinking water standards, Alexan Chelmsford's wastewater treatment facility, and Crooked Spring treatment plant's expected August launch of PFAS treatment. The board also approved a draft letter to septic system owners on site wastewater system maintenance and inspection.
