CHELMSFORD — Board of Health unanimously approves prior meeting minutes and accepts incoming and outgoing correspondence. Vice Chair Dr. Eric Meikle and Clerk Richard Day joined Chair David Paquette in votes on wastewater treatment facility reports, Chelmsford Water District's 2025 Consumer Confidence Report, Central Mass Mosquito spray dates (June 3, 9, 15, 18, 24, 30), helicopter larvicide operations, and letters to the Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board.
The board discussed sewer capacity restrictions, CSX Transportation herbicide applications, and approved lifeguard variance requests for multiple condominium complexes, with all business unanimously accepted.
