CHELMSFORD — The Chelmsford Historical Commission unanimously approved a motion to purchase a four terabyte external hard drive and back up all commission files, with the backup stored at Town Offices. Commission members met with Will Lucas, the new owner of 147 Robin Hill Road, who outlined plans for foundation repair, rodent control, a rear deck, and garage work; Lucas indicated interest in restoring the house with commission input. Laura Lee, North Town Hall manager, reported regular rentals including yoga, special events, and movie nights are generating sufficient revenue to cover bills and build reserves.
