Chelmsford Conservation Commission approves forest planting and orders environmental peer reviews. Chair Chris Garrahan and all seven members unanimously approved Robyn Holman's native plant restoration at Thanksgiving Forest, and authorized Conservation Agent David Koonce to arrange comprehensive peer reviews of the wetland delineation for Donna Koulas's proposed two-home subdivision at 9 Ladyslipper Lane, Bryan Weadick's accessory dwelling unit at 96 Park Road, and New England Power Company's 16-mile transmission-line maintenance project across five towns. The Commission continued all three regulatory hearings to April 28 pending peer-review findings and revised applicant submissions.

In related business, commissioners unanimously authorized $2,500 for an ADA-compliant picnic table at Koulas Farm.
