CHELMSFORD — Conservation Commission unanimously endorses wetlands buffer zone warrant article. The board voted to recommend that the Spring Town Meeting consider an amendment to the Chelmsford Wetlands Bylaw establishing a regulatory 100-foot buffer zone for Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, also known as the 100-Year Floodplain. The commission also continued a Notice of Intent hearing for New England Power Company at 100 Equador Road and updated commissioners on conservation site management and Koulas property improvements.
