Chelmsford Military Community Covenant confirms annual cookout for August 11. Five members approved prior minutes and tasked Brian Fredriksson with drafting a follow-up email to volunteer fair signups and maintaining the volunteer contact list. Pat Wojtas reported on community needs discussions and requested all members bring ideas to the May 15 meeting.
The group identified a need for additional tri-fold brochures and CMCC stickers for local business outreach, with Bradley Panton agreeing to bring stickers to the next session.
