Chelmsford Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee approves prior minutes and reports on programming. Chair Bill Campbell and five members attended the January 14 meeting and received three grants totaling $4,750, including $1,000 from the Greater Lowell Community Foundation for Black History Month and $3,000 from the Greater Lowell Health Alliance for Pride Month sponsorship. Black History Month events run through February 28, with a Drum Circle on February 5 and a Jazz Brunch on February 22.
The committee adopted a code of conduct for social media platforms prohibiting hate speech, bullying, and off-topic promotions.
