CHELMSFORD — Dog Park Advisory Committee welcomes Animal Control Officer for operational review. Officer Matt DeCiero discussed a recent dog injury at a broken fence, camera surveillance retention limits, and state collar requirements while the committee coordinated increased nighttime patrols with Police Chief Spence. Lisa Grasso will obtain three landscape bids by March and plans a ceremony for the new Agility Area equipment, highlighting the Eagle Scout builder.

The committee approved December 2025 minutes unanimously and will meet next June 8.
