CHELMSFORD — Historic District Commission approves temporary sign for pizza shop. The commission unanimously voted to allow Chelmsford Pizza a four-foot promotional sign, displayed May 11-25, 2026, after applicant Lucas Pergoka agreed to reduce the proposed height from six feet. Chair Brenda Lovering and member Deb Taverna had cited excessive height concerns for the historic district.
Three ongoing enforcement matters—an open sign at Thai Restaurant, unauthorized lighting at Metro Credit Union, and unauthorized signage at a dentist office—remain tabled pending letters from the commission.
