CHELMSFORD — Historic District Commission approves temporary promotional sign for restaurant. Chair Brenda Lovering and members Donna Ready and Lisa Grasso unanimously approved applicant Lucas Breaganca's request to display a 2 feet by 5 feet temporary sign on a pole stand outside Chelmsford Sub Shoppe, 14 Chelmsford St., from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., January 19 through February 2, 2026, after rejecting his initial request to post the sign in the restaurant window. Breaganca must submit a revised application and $25 fee to the Town Treasurer's Office.
