CHELMSFORD — Library Trustees unanimously approve consent agenda at August meeting. The board voted without dissent on minutes from prior meetings and reports from Library Director Lesley Kimball and Treasurer Adam Schertzer. Trustees Bina Upadhyay and Kathleen Fox are finalizing plaque language for stained-glass artwork expected to finish by month's end, with a September dedication planned.
New student representative Vihaan Pathak was introduced; Director Kimball reported the ARIS Report Part One will be completed early the following week, with the financial component Part Two due in October to help determine State Aid eligibility.
