Library Trustees approve trust fund restoration and gallery policy update.

CHELMSFORD — Library Trustees unanimously restore Amos Adams Fund to original $10,000 balance. Chair Kevin Hamilton's board approved financial advisor John Sousa's recommendation to consolidate the Proctor Fund (approximately $3,519), Clement Fund (approximately $128), and approximately $3,957 from the Endowment at Citizens Bank, transferring the restored balance to MMDT; the board also unanimously revised the Trust Fund Investment and Spending Policy to impose a 10 percent spending threshold on Scoboria Fund withdrawals requiring board approval. The Trustees unanimously approved the revised Art Exhibit Policy and a $1,000 stained-glass project honoring Trustee Margaret Marshall's 30 years of service.
