Chelmsford Library Trustees conduct annual officer elections and approve policy revisions. The board unanimously elected Kevin Hamilton as Chair, Kathleen Fox as Vice Chair, Adam Schertzer as Treasurer, and Bina Upadhyay as Corresponding Secretary. A revised Trust Fund Investment and Spending Policy passed four to one, adding clarification on permissible account types and removing a bonds option.
The board reconfirmed Advisory Board members Eric Maase, Jeannine Madden, and Kranthi Manchikanti, and formed a working group to streamline the Student Representative application process by June.
