CHELMSFORD — The Military Community Covenant Task Force approved its May 15 minutes unanimously and discussed ongoing lawn maintenance for a disabled veteran. Four members, including Pat Wojtas, Chuck Fidler, Brian Fredriksson, and Dan Ward, attended the meeting at Chelmsfeld Center for the Arts. Members debated using either a walk-behind mower or coordinating with a neighbor's riding mower to complete the approximately two-hour lawn job.
Dan Ward reported outreach to the Yankee Clipper Barber Shop, Triangle Service Station, and the Library, with plans to return with Military Community Network stickers and solicit donations. Brian Fredriksson, who will not seek reappointment, agreed to notify Action Unlimited of an August cookout and transfer documentation to another member.
