CHELMSFORD — Planning Board endorses two lot subdivision applications; continues third hearing. Steve Ballard presented the 61 High Street ANR subdividing a two-acre lot into two parcels meeting frontage and area requirements, which the board endorsed 6-0. Jed Hannon presented 29 Gorham Street combining three undersized rear lots into one parcel accessed from the main property, endorsed 5-0.
The board continued the 9 Lady Slipper Lane three-lot subdivision hearing—which includes two single-family homes, one with an accessory dwelling unit, and a paper roadway—to July 22, 2026, at the applicant's request.
