CHELMSFORD — School Building Committee selects CM-at-Risk delivery for Parker Middle School. Chair Patrick Maloney and the full 13-member committee voted unanimously to adopt Construction Manager at-Risk methodology over Design-Bid-Build, citing project complexity and the school's occupied status. The committee also unanimously established a five-member CM selection committee and approved Invoice Batch 13 totaling $94,084.
Feasibility-phase budget remains at $1.8 million with approximately $990,000 expended. The MSBA is scheduled to review the Preferred Schematic Report on June 24, with Schematic Design submission targeted for October 21, 2026.
