CHELMSFORD — Select Board approves auto dealer license transfer and debris disposal contract. Acting Town Manager John Sousa presented the Class I Auto Dealer License transfer from RAH Chelmsford NS LLC to Icon Motors Group of Chelmsford, LLC, DBA Icon Nissan of Chelmsford for operation at 95 Drum Hill Road; the board voted unanimously to approve. The board also unanimously awarded the 2026 street sweeping and catch basin cleaning debris disposal contract to W.L.
French Excavating Corporation of North Billerica for $141,720. Chair Pat Wojtas approved three committee and commission appointments: Dina Morison to Capital Planning, John Christensen to Conservation Commission, and Paige Gilet to the Parade Committee. The board unanimously confirmed all three.
