Chelmsford Community Preservation Committee approves $17,440 in open space improvements. Judy Carven was unanimously elected Committee Chair, Maura Snow as Vice Chair, and Evan Belansky as Clerk. The Committee unanimously authorized $13,940 from the Open Space Capital Improvement Account for
